Steamy romantic story about an antique store owner and an ER doctor. They meet when her sister falls and breaks her foot. Her and her sister leaves so they can get her sister home to rest after he goes to pick up her nephew from her antique store since she let him stay home from school. Her sister finds out about her letting stay out of school. Her and the ER doctor start talking a lot more then they make love, they know from first site there’s a connection.
When her ex homes to town and starts on her had being his, he doesn’t now how to tell the doctor but when he goes to check on the her sister he finds out about the ex. She tells him about what happened and about him being in town as well as seeing him, what happened when she saw him, everything. Making love then falling asleep, she gets a call from the police about someone breaking into her store so they rush to the store, she takes to the police for a while before going back to his place.
The next morning he tells he that she’s his now and that he will protect her that she’s his now forever, kissing the top of her head. She crying when he tells her that she’s okay and that nothing will happen to her that he promises. He tell her that he loves her, she tell him thank you then tell him that she loves him as well. They decide to take he home then they will discus what to do next. They decide it’s time to go back to the shop to see all of the damage that was made and that he will go with her.
They get to the store and he looks around for a man out of place but there are a lot of people round so it’s hard to tell. Without the police they can see now how much damage there is. Sadness is in her eyes, opening up the door the ex is there. They start talking and then the doctor tell her to go to the office, lock the door and call the police. The ex tries to hit the doctor but the doctor’s too fast, the ex get in a hit but the doctor comes back pinning him by the throat calling him a monster and that he needs to quit. When the doctor stand the ex runs off, he watches him leave. The doctor looks at himself, there’s no blood on his clothes and the only thing wrong is his knuckles the skin is torn, bloody and swollen. They don’t hurt now but he knows that they will later. Walking outside he doesn’t see her ex anywhere in sight. He tell her that he ran off and he doesn’t know where he would go. They talk a bit and then the police come and they talk to them. They hope he ran back home and hopefully that he will stay there.
They meet at the top of a nice restaurant, she’s there first it’s their first date and they haven’t week each other in a while. He shows up and they both decide that they’re not hungry anymore. The make it to his place, they go to his bedroom kissing and taking off their clothes and they make love. Afterward they lay next to each other talking, she leans over kissing him. He tell her that he loves her and she tell him that she love him too. He tells him that he has a gift for he then he says that first they need to take care of something else that he has been thinking about for a while. She ask what that is and he asks her to marry him. She’s stunned and repeats what he said asking if he’s serious, nodding he says yes that he know it’s sudden. He tells her that he doesn’t blame her if she’s not ready, he tell her that they both want it telling her a real marriage not a piece of paper. Smiling happily she tilting her as she consider the proposal when he places a small box in her hand, tears start building up in her eyes then she tells him that it sounds wonderful.
Wonderful character which is a page turner, Written well and is a sweet romantic happily ever after story.

Meeting someone in the ER while treating her sister is not the best circ*mstances for a romance. But our hero is going to play the hand he is dealt as he does not want to let our heroine get away.

This is book four of the series, but it is written as a standalone. No prior reading is required.

This is a short erotic romance with an age gap theme. The story is well written and easy to read with nice and simple cast of characters. The plot moves along at a good pace and is filled with just the right mix of tension and humor. Then once we break the ice, we get some nice steam all moving towards an excellent HEA. Overall, a fun evening read and I look forward to more in the series.

This is a great story that will hook you in the first chapter. This is a well written and very entertaining story.

A short cute story about Clarissa dna Jasper. Clarissa's sister ends up breaking her foot and when Clarissa gets to the ER she mees Jasper. They have an instant connection and they slowly get to know each other better. It was great that Jasper was there when Clarissa's abusive ex shows up. I loved the plot and the characters. There is some steam as they move towards their HEA.

Ok short story

This book had so much potential but the editor failed this author. There are huge mistakes that should have been caught grammar and plot. With a rewrite for the plot errors and editing this book would hands down be 5 stars. I'm glad it a short book because I hate not finishing a book. I've read other books by Summer Rose and they were 5 Stars.

This is an interesting age gap story with strong characters. The author brings drama along with the romance and delivers an entertaining story. Overlooking the editing, I thought this was a good story.

This is the fourth book in the great Our Little Secret series. Another Summer Rose story that I enjoyed reading, fantastic storyline and great characters and lovely characters. You can't turn the page fast enough to find out what's next. I'm already looking forward to the next installment in this series.

This is a good read about Clarissa and Jasper. It is a fairly quick read with some sparks flying and a bad ex. Clarissa meets Jasper when her sister hurts herself. The attraction is instant and great. When her ex shows up causing problems things gets interesting. I enjoyed this fourth stand alone story in the "Out Little Secret" series.

I loved this wonderful short story, and riveting plot. Clarissa has lots of courage, I love what she has accomplished. Jasper is funny in some of the things he does. This short story will keep you interested throughout with all the drama, danger, and lots more.
