This easy to make, super tasty, Keto Sour Cream Parmesan Chicken is low carb, gluten-free, and completely simple to prepare and bake.
Chicken with a creamy cheesy baked-in coating of sour cream, parmesan, and spices.
Keto Sour Cream Parmesan Chicken-
Keto Sour Cream Parmesan Chicken is such a simple to make but juicy and delicious way to make plain chicken breast into a super flavorful, low carb meal.
I served my chicken with a small side salad of Lacinato kale, & radish slices, with a lemon & avocado oil vinaigrette.
My husband, who does not like chicken, and yet I keep serving it to him (lol), actually loved this chicken.
I think that chicken can tend to be somewhat dry & that is why he does not like it, but this chicken is very juicy and tender from the sour cream that bakes into it.
You could also leave the skin on, but my husband gets pretty squeamish about chicken skin unless it is deep-fried, of course, lol.
