This 2001 Mazda Miata has been owned by me since 2012, and I am the 2nd owner since the modifications were done. I've put about 30,000 miles on it since I bought it, and I have complete records of all modifications.

The car has never seen road salt! Rust free! Both me, and the previous owner, stored it every winter and did not drive it in snow! I have done Mobil1 Full Synthetic oil changes every year when I've pulled it out of storage, and every 3,000 miles during the year if I drive it that far in a summer.

Stock equipment: Crystal Blue Metallic paint (Only 3,655 were made in this color!) Power Windows, Power Brakes, Power Steering (Currently not connected but works just fine), 1.8L VVT DOHC Engine, Glass Rear Window soft top with Defroster AND Tonneau Cover

Aftermarket equipment:
* Flyin Miata FM-II Big Ball Bearing turbocharger system: Garrett GT3560R Turbocharger with Intercooler, running at 16 psi

* Link Engine Management Computer piggyback ECU with Knock Sensor and four auxiliary 550CC Fuel Injectors with Port Injection.

Problems:
It runs and looks amazing, with only a few defects: A couple of dents and scratches, the chrome fuel door is starting to pit and peel, there is wear on the driver's seat and driver's floor mat as well as one small spot on the top, top latches are loose and slightly corroded, power steering isn't currently hooked up - it needs a new belt, tires are old, hard, and need replacing, and there is one miss-tuned zone in the aftermarket engine computer that I haven't tracked down yet that causes either an extreme timing retard issue or a fuel starvation issue under certain conditions (All of the manuals for that computer and the current tuning maps are provided), state inspection is expired (But it will pass - provided you reset the CEL and baby it until the emissions monitors reset)

I've recently replaced the alternator, battery, and alternator belt. I also just did a fresh oil change last week.

The car has over $12,000 in aftermarket parts and labor in it, and is honestly the most fun car I have ever driven. If it weren't for my health issues, I'd keep it, but I just can't drive it comfortably anymore.

Keep in mind, this is NOT a car for inexperienced drivers! I will not sell this car to anyone under 25 years of age! If you mess around in this car, IT WILL KILL YOU. Because of the insane amount of torque and horsepower it develops, and how light it is overall, it is very easy to lose control if you don't know what you are doing! This car's power to weight ratio exceeds that of a Corvette! But in the right hands, this car will give you many years of enjoyment! I know I've had a wonderful 12 years of ownership with so many smiles!
